Company 2 was founded back on August 1, 1926. The station was originally built in 1959 as a double-bay to house Engine 2 and Rescue 8. In 1982, the station was remodeled by adding a third bay in which Engine 21 was added.
Company 2 currently houses 6 pieces of apparatus. We house Rescue 23, Engine 21, Truck 22, Marine 8, Utility 27.
Company 2 has had the honor of working under 21 captains. The current Captain, being Bjorn Wilson.
